Our tough cases are designed for everyday protection while still giving you a high-quality custom finish. Each case features a hard outer shell with a soft silicone interior and MagSafe-compatible ring, giving your phone extra protection while showing off your design.

Uploading Your Design

Please upload your image or design before checking out.

For the best result, your design should be:

• High resolution
• Clear and not blurry
• Correctly sized for your selected phone model
• Final and ready to print
• Free from watermarks, screenshots or low-quality saved images

Recommended image size: 300 DPI where possible.

Please make sure any important text, faces, logos or design details are not too close to the edges or camera cut-out area, as each phone model has a different shape and camera placement.

Important Design Information

Your uploaded design must be final before ordering.

Once your order is placed, I will create a digital mockup and contact you for approval before printing. This gives you the chance to check the placement of your design on the case.

Please note that the final printed case may vary slightly from the digital mockup. Colours can appear different between phone screens, computer monitors and the finished printed product. Small placement adjustments may also occur due to the shape of the case, camera cut-outs and printing process.

Before You Order

Please double-check:

• You have selected the correct phone model
• Your uploaded image is clear and high quality
• Your design is final
• Spelling, names and dates are correct
• Important details are not too close to the edge

Altitude Ink is not responsible for spelling errors, low-quality images or incorrect phone models selected at checkout.

Mockup Approval

A mockup will be sent to you before printing.

Once your mockup is approved, your case will move into production and no further design changes can be made.

Please Note

Custom cases are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind once the mockup has been approved and printing has started.

Each case is individually printed with care, making every custom order unique.
